Because cryptocurrency exchange rates can change, the amount of USDT required to settle an order may differ from the displayed USD product price. The payment amount shown by the active payment session should therefore be treated as the amount applicable to that transaction.

Customers who do not already hold USDT may use a suitable third-party cryptocurrency exchange or purchase service to obtain it, subject to that service's availability, verification requirements, fees and terms. Velvet Privacy does not require customers to use a particular exchange unless expressly stated by checkout.

When obtaining USDT from a third-party service, customers are responsible for following that service's instructions and ensuring that the correct cryptocurrency, network and destination information are used.

You should only use payment instructions and wallet addresses displayed by the official Velvet Privacy checkout or active payment session. Never send funds to a payment address obtained from an unofficial message, email, social media account or other unverified source.

An order is not considered paid until the applicable payment system has successfully detected and verified the transaction according to its processing requirements.

Cryptocurrency transactions may involve network fees, exchange fees, processing fees or other charges imposed by third-party services. Where such costs apply, they are outside the control of Velvet Privacy unless expressly included in the store's displayed transaction terms.

Shipping & Delivery

Returns

Where a warranty claim may apply, customers should contact the appropriate support channel before attempting repairs, modification or replacement.
